Also got the soleniod & safety latch laid out. Should have these in place tomorrow & the door hung & check the window movement. Than all off again ,get the grinding & body filler done @ the rear hinge support,run the wiring,get the seat belt mechanism relocated !
These Lokar pulley set ups are a big help! :mrgreen:

Got the door spacing dialed in & the handle working smoother with a added pulley,& worked out the lay out for the safety latch & soleniod

Well got the door limiter made & in place @ the passenger side Z& got the first filler coat on.
Started the welding on the drivers side!

Also got the safety latch installed & lengthened the rod for the manual knob ( will cut down to the needed height),this is the passenger side ,tomorrow will get the soleniod installed ,hang the door & run the wiring

The 16 pin electrical connectors that will be used,no more having to cut wires to reomove the doors!
