fuel cell pickup?

Postby Bump on Mon Mar 08, 2010 3:56 pm

My buddy has a 94 yota and we NEED to put a fuel cell in it. Is there any pickup that you can buy from summit with the same specs as what we need or the exact opposite? It's not a big deal if it reads full when empty and empty when full, we just need it to be compatible with the gauge and all that is stock.

You can wire the one that comes with their fuel cells to the stock gauge.

Will not work, have to have the correct ohms from sender to gauge!
I have Autometer gauges & used the stock sender flange plate with the Autometer sender mounted to it!

i figured it wouldnt be direct swap, but for some reason i thought we had opposite ohm loads than chevy, so if i used the 0-90 it would just read backwards. am i wrong?
