rebuilding my 22re <-- New

yesterday i dropped off the head and block for a rebuild at the machine shop. everything will be redone. and im looking to do some up grades, such as a header and a cam. im looking for any suggestions, on brand of cam and header, and any other lil details that you had done to the block or head. once he gets it all apart he will tell me what i need. there was 200k plus on the clock but were yet to know if the motor was ever out and worked before. so he will try to find out and let me know.
im sure if i went through previous posts i can find something? even a link to them would work.

yesterday I ordered a engnbldr.com 270 cam and I am running a lc engineering header. I have the header for 3 years now and I have been happy with everything about it.
